PDF, HTML and Other Output

The output of your report can be in one of several formats. One popular one is PDF format - as shown in the example below.

When creating a PDF, you have the flexibility of setting many PDF options. In this example, we chose to use high-quality JPG images (instead of ones that were reduced in quality to save space), and we've included a background watermark that reads "CONFIDENTIAL". We've also password protected the file, so that only authorized users may read it or make changes. And we've linearized it, making it open more quickly from the Internet.

In addition to PDF files, your reports can be sent in plain text, as an RTF document that can be read in Microsoft Word, or as an HTML page. You'll notice these options in the Send As drop-down list below.
