Grid Linker

The Grid Linker now shows the selected row with a colored background. Previously, it only used an icon. The color of the selected row can be controlled using a new selector in the Grid style sheet. The selector is called <StyleName>SelectedRow, and it is visible in the Grid Stylesheet Builder.
